Note to Marshals:
Upgrade means new ticks are added to a card (if the signing marshal has the authority) but the expiry date is not extended.
Renewal means ONLY the ticks on the form will be on the new card (And no new ones added, and again only if the signing marshal has the authority) and the card’s expiry will be set to 4 years from date of signing.
I am happy for people to tick both upgrade (to add new ticks) and Renewal (To extend the card’s expiry date) on the same form.
Also, Two marshals can sign the form, eg one who can authorise Rapier and a senior marshal, so both authorisations can be done on the same form at the same time.
Also please remember to include a self addressed envelope with your form, so I can get the card back to you!
