The Lists office welcomes any inquiries you may have regarding lists and hopes to answer all your questions.
Kingdom Authorisations has been split in two geographically. Lists AU handles all authorisations from Australia, and all Australian authorisations should be sent to lists@lochac.sca.org. However, if you are in New Zealand authorisations should be sent to the Authorisations Deputy for New Zealand at lists@sca.org.nz.
Both of these roles are deputy positions under the Kingdom Earl Marshal.
The position of group Lists Officer is not mandatory, but it is a nice to have. This position reports to their group Marshal and to the upline counterpart (be that a Baronial Officer or directly to the Kingdom Officer). All appointed officers are required to report at least Quarterly. The report form can be found on this page – Tourney Resources. An update email with details of any tourneys, including the winners, is greatly appreciated.
The role of the Lists Officer as per Lochac Law:
IV.5.ix The Keeper of the Lists
The Keeper of the Lists shall serve under the Earl Marshal and shall be responsible for:
– The organization and co-ordination of Tournaments as directed by the Crown and in cooperation with the College of Heralds and the Marshallate.
– Maintaining the records and results of combats in the whole of Lochac including target archery.
