Please use this sign in sheet for your tournaments. This ensures that all of our fighters have signed into an event before taking to the list field. Last Amended 17/10/17
It is not at this stage mandatory for this form to be used however it does help with risk mitigation from a safety point of view
IMPORTANT STUFF REGARDING SIGNING IN TO THE LISTS
Ensuring event sign-in has happened, by having a combatant initial the indemnity confirmation, is actually critical for our insurance coverage; this provides a checkpoint in case it has been overlooked (or gate was unattended) when arriving at the event. Often signing in to an event can be overlooked when running late for a tournament and this provides a quick reminder.
This is also in line with requirements of the Society in the US.
REPORT FORM FOR TOURNAMENTS
Please forward this form to the event Steward/Marshal or group seneschal, and to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Again, this is not a mandatory report form, however the information provided is used to acknowledge our Champions and announce victories to our populace. Data is collected from these reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
All appointed Lists Officers should be regularly reporting to their Seneschals as per Lochac requirements for reporting and to Kingdom Lists quarterly at minimum.

Whilst is is not mandatory to have a Lists Officer all appointed Lists Officers are required to report quarterly to their upline counterpart. Canton to Barony, Barony to Kingdom etc. Below is a link to a simple reporting format template for quarterly reporting.
