When the Crown call the present members of the Orders of Chivalry and Defence to the field in the finals of Crown Tournament, those people are present in the capacity of Non-combatants (and do not need to be authorised as combatants or marshals), as described in 1.1.4 of the armoured combat rules https://sca.org.nz/wiki/index.php?title=Armoured_Combat:Classes_of_Participant_and_Combat#Non-combatants.
