Form Processing at Festival

Greetings All,

To help speed up Authorisation Form processing, I will be placing a box in the Marshal tent at Festival.
Each evening I will empty this box and process all the Authorisation forms and create the required Authorisation cards. I will then endeavour to get
the authorisation cards back to either the authorising marshal, or the fighter’s group marshal the next morning (which ever I find first)

So please feel free to bring your Authorisation forms to Festival and we’ll get you cards at the event.

I will also be processing cards before the event as usual, so any forms which reach me before the event will be processed and the cards delivered at
the event. (If you are not attending festival the card will be posted back as soon as I get home from festival.)

New Postal address for Authorisation forms

With the change over of lists officer the postal address for authorisation forms for mainlan Lochac has also changed.

The new address is

P.O. Box 187 Callaghan NSW 2308

Any forms previously sent to the old address will still be forwarded on, however all new paper work needs to be sent to the new address

New List Keeper

As of the 1st of March, Rowland Bridgeford has taken over as list keeper. There will be a slight hicup while the systems are changed over but we should get everything running again soon.
